Self-employed ladies — no agency, no quota the model since 2019

All ladies at the brothel Neu-Ulm are self-employed. They rent a room at their own expense. They decide on which days they are present, which hours they work and what prices they charge. We do not interfere with any of these decisions.

There is no agency here. We do not bring anybody, we promise nobody anything. The ladies come because they choose our house — for its location, its atmosphere, the colleagues they meet here. Some stay for years, some come for a week and move on.

And: we take no quota of the earnings. What a lady earns in a day belongs to her. We rent the rooms at a fixed daily rate, full stop. That is the only money flow between house and ladies. This separation is legally required and a matter of course for us.

Why do we explain this? Because many guests believe that "the house" earns from the ladies in some form — through contracts, commissions, hourly fees. Not with us. Money paid to a lady at the Eros Salon Neu-Ulm goes to her directly for her service. That creates clarity on both sides.

A side effect for guests: the ladies are motivated because they work for themselves. Nobody is forced to be friendly. Those who are friendly are so by their own choice.

Self-employment also affects the relationship with guests. Regulars build connections — a lady who recognises a guest is not friendlier because the house demands it but because she chooses to be. Guests who notice in conversation that a lady answers honestly and sometimes says no can rely on it: that is the real person, not a role.
