Arrival from the A7 — at the bar in two minutes coming from the north
The drive to the Neu-Ulm brothel is surprisingly short from the A7. Coming from the north, you leave the motorway at the Neu-Ulm exit and follow the sign towards the city centre. After a few hundred metres you are on Zeppelinstraße. Number 26, second floor. That is all there is to it.
- A7 exit Neu-Ulm → Zeppelinstraße 26: about 800 m, 2 min.
- From the north: exit Neu-Ulm, follow sign to city centre.
- From the south (Memmingen): A7 straight past, same exit.
- From Stuttgart: A8 → Ulm/Elchingen interchange → A7.
- Courtyard parking, lit, weather-protected.
From the south — coming from Memmingen — it is just as straightforward. The A7 runs right past Neu-Ulm and the exits are clearly signposted. You do not cross the Danube; the house sits on the Bavarian side. Anyone setting their navigation to Zeppelinstraße 26, Neu-Ulm arrives without detours.
In the inner courtyard there are parking spaces that are always lit. The car is off the main road and the path to the entrance is short. If you are in a hurry, you are at the bar in under two minutes from the A7 — assuming no jam on the city through-road. We recommend late mornings and early afternoons when commuter traffic is quiet.
The drive to Neu-Ulm is part of what has defined the house since 2019: locally accessible, without fuss. First-time visitors find their way easily. Regulars appreciate the short distance.
For guests with their own vehicle: the Neu-Ulm exit is well lit at night, and the route from the motorway to Zeppelinstraße does not pass through unclear residential areas. Out-of-town visitors find the address reliably with any current navigation system. Travellers from Stuttgart via the A8 transfer cleanly onto the A7 at the Ulm/Elchingen interchange. Overall, the arrival is as unfussy as it can be for an address in the middle of the Ulm/Neu-Ulm metropolitan area — exactly what makes the house practical day to day.
Coming from the north on the A7 and missing the Neu-Ulm exit is no drama — take the next one and loop back through the city, the distance is minimal. For guests arriving between eight and ten in the evening, the A7 is almost empty and the city pass-through relaxed. Winter days with rain or snow are predictable around Neu-Ulm: roads are cleared well, the courtyard itself is weather-protected. Those visiting a few times a year know these routines — first-time visitors are sometimes surprised how unfussy the arrival is.
